He was originally based on a cat, but he sort of er...got distorted. Which is a good thing. Now he's sort of Cat, hedgehog, maybe wolf and a bit of weasel (someone else said those), with the weirdest colouration ever (its something you hear every now and then; when you have a bright colour on black it's considered dangerous).

Oh man look how much I've rambled; to answer your question, i honestly don't have a species name for him, but he is a part of the Raela-my anthro chars...ah, so unoriginal^^.
